I love to run and I have some tips to keep it fresh and novel. I rarely use the same route twice. That keeps things new.

Run when you can, walk if you have to, crawl if you must; just never give up.

I mean, the unfair treatment of women and black people and Indians and other groups, that's real. Mistreatment of other people because 'I'm better than you are' is such a sad part of the world.

When the answer to all my dreams is as close as a touch away, why am I here holding back what I'm trying to say?

The artist is the man in any field, scientific or humanistic, who grasps the implications of his actions and of new knowledge in his own time. He is the man of integral awareness.

Perhaps the only institution more puffed-up and self-important than academia is government.
