When people look at a photograph, they believe it... My photographs crawl along that edge. I document the world, but from my own biased point of view.

What I've always liked about photography is that it's such a direct way of showing what's on my mind. I see something. I show it to you.

Easy to be a critic

For many in the modern world, carving out time for both traditional seated meditation and exercise has become close to impossible.

We are taught that we can be better than we are. But is there a limit to how good we can be?

If the work of art is good enough, it must not be criticized for its theme. I don't think it can be argued.

Words are deceptive. You think you understand something because it's explained to you and now you are under no obligation to do anything because you understand it.

Youth should be radical. Youth should demand change in the world. Youth should not accept the old order if the world is to move on.

How some of the writers I come across get through their books without dying of boredom is beyond me.
