The last night of retreat, after Mass, the hundreds of them sat by candlelight in the huge gymnasium. It smelled like incense and whatever hope was made out of.

Do not afraid of your previous mistakes, try to fix them.

Respect the past, and prepare for the future by taking action in the present.

I know that I am one with beauty and that my comrades are one. Let our souls be mountains, Let our spirits be stars, Let our hearts be worlds.

The system is not working. That is how a paradigm shift begins: the established way of seeing the world no longer functions.
