My 21st birthday was awesome. I was in L.A., and it was great. I had a bunch of friends that came out. The night ended up in a completely different direction than we thought it was going to go.

For me, exercise is more mental than physical. I crave it for my sanity. Not just the endorphins, but my energy, confidence, and relaxation are all motivated by it.

Acting is not just something I love but a part of who I am.

Thankfully, the love of those around me helped push me forward.

I'm addicted to exercise. I love going to the gym, but my absolute favorite is hiking in L.A., particularly Runyon Canyon. It's become my mental and physical salvation.

As an actor, you get to sort of bounce back and forth in terms of the age range you play and the life experience that your characters have.

I just need to make sure I don't get in my own way of a truthful and organic moment. Regardless of the research involved, at the end of the day, I have to show up, breathe, and listen.

I'm focusing on my efforts behind the camera. I'm doing some producing and directing so that I can make projects for all of the amazing, talented actors and crew that I know.

The girls in kindergarten would chase us boys around trying to kiss us. Im proud to say I was the first to stop running.
