Yoga and meditation

Yoga and meditation are the best routes to soothe your mind, body, and soul. It is an age-old practice and was popularised recently even by India's honorable prime minister. When practiced regularly, it positively impacts not just our physique but also our mental and emotional health. Meditation is, in fact, the path to attain salvation and one of the best ways to intro-verse ourselves. A yoga practitioner is the gainer of positive energy from his surroundings and making the person pacified, peaceful, and exultant. It helps one find divinity in each living creature. Many people prefer to do it in the morning in the gardens, especially women and old people who make clubs and then collectively go for morning walks, running, and yoga practice. 

Listening to music and dancing

For teenagers, yoga may not sound very exuberant as they feel it is a very spiritual kind of thing. So, listening to music or dancing are more suitable alternatives. Nevertheless, teenagers, due to their vulnerable age, are often caught in the trap of emotional outbursts. Nature's blissful reserves

We can't say that only money, high status in society, or being famous can make us light-hearted. Even the little things that we often forget to pay attention to like, the radiance on seeing a peacock's dance, hearing the koel's song, the light of the glimmering sun at the time of daybreak, the cool breeze brushing past one's cheeks, dancing in the first rain of the season, walking among the woods, blossoming of a flower, the heart filling aroma of flowers in the spring, watching the tall mountains reaching the sky, the baby's smile, seeing an animal feed it's little ones, seeing the moon and a thousand stars high up in the dark and clear sky and many more. 

Nature's bounties are endless, and even a single life is not sufficient to cherish them all. Nature itself teaches us many lessons on how to stay happy, and her arms are always open to all those who seek contentment in her. It provides us with bewitching moments in whose charisma one can get lost and let the strings of their heart and mind dance to the rhythm of her blessings.
